Then this role provides an opportunity to be part of Offshore Wind Consultants’ and East Point Geo’s specialist offshore personnel team. We have a strong and growing international portfolio of renewable energy projects that require the resourcing and management of offshore consultants acting as client representatives and managers for offshore surveys. The projects are dynamic and the role is client-facing, requiring someone who is a strong and personable communicator, has good organizational skills, and enjoys liaising between people and teams.

To support growth, we require an Offshore Personnel Coordinator who can assist in sourcing consulting personnel for renewable energy projects.
The role is responsible for sourcing and communicating with consultants acting as client representatives and managers for our offshore and onshore renewable energy projects. This requires recruiting, hiring, and scheduling assignments for consultants. You would be responsible for sourcing suitable consultants, coordinating rotations, and arranging crew changes to client requirements. You would work within a team of dedicated support staff, reporting to the Offshore Personnel Manager and assisting them with managing offshore consultant projects, project administration, and documentation.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling assignments for consultants
- Coordinating rotations and crew changes to meet client requirements
- Act as a liaison between clients and consultants
- Assist with project documentation and administration
- Assist with consultant onboarding and welfare
The role is available to work in Norwich office, Oxford or London office will be considered. Flexible working, some out-of-hours requirement (time can be taken in-lieu)
Qualifications and experience required
We are looking for an excellent communicator and organizer with strong time management ability. Previous experience in offshore marine operations and/or marine surveys is desirable, although candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills will be considered. Suitable candidates should be able to work under their own initiative and be capable of prioritizing and multitasking across projects.
- 1 – 5 years experience within a relevant sector
- Excellent communicator, organizer, and time manager
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Knowledge of project administration, including timesheets and expense forms
- Some experience with contracts and contractual documentation
- (Preferably) Qualified to degree level in a suitable subject
- (Preferably) Experience in marine operations and/or survey
