The role

OWC is looking for a bid administrator to coordinate proposal generation across the business, reporting to the BD Director, the successful candidate will be able to produce high quality written tender submissions and manage input from technical leaders throughout the company. Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all bids are submitted on time and with the correct internal governance
  • Co-ordinating bid preparation with multiple stakeholders
  • Drafting bid documentation
  • Compiling standard documentation (QHSE, accounts etc.)

This role can be based in any OWC office.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Qualifications and experience required

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail with an ability to manage diverse stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation.

  • Ability to work with different cultures
  • Excellent written English
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office products, particularly MS Word (including use of templates)
  • Basic understanding of the tendering process

Experience in the offshore wind sector is not a necessity.
