Professional career was founded in underwater inspection and construction, forged in maritime
design/ repair and applies to all aspects heavy marine civils construction and senior program management on global platform. Chris’ experience and knowledge of heavy marine structures, dredging, and port civil construction development and waterfront expansion programs has advanced every marine civils project under his direct management to safe, successful completions ahead of schedule worldwide.
Chris has successfully managed heavy civil marine construction projects performed under international contact terms, having administered multiple programs under, AIA, ICE and FIDIC terms and conditions. He successfully led many large-scale projects supported by multi-national team members/vendors in design and on-site.
