Aqualis ASA: Results of open market tender offer

Oslo, Norway, March 2, 2016 – Reference is made to Aqualis ASA’s (Aqualis or the Company) (OSE: AQUA) stock exchange notice of February 29, 2016 regarding an open market tender of its common shares.

Aqualis has agreed to repurchase a total of 1,212,498 shares, representing approximately 2.8 percent of Aqualis’ common shares and votes, at a price of NOK 2.50 per share. The total purchase price is approximately NOK 3.0 million.

Notification of allocation to investors will be provided before 09:00 (CET) on March 2, 2016. The trade date will be March 2, 2016 and settlement will take place on March 4, 2016.

Swedbank acted as a bookrunner in connection with the tender offer.
