ABL Welcomes Sarik Jitpornpaisaln as Senior Maritime Surveyor for ABL Thailand

ABL is pleased to announce the addition of Sarik Jitpornpaisaln to its Asia Pacific maritime team as Senior Maritime Surveyor. Sarik brings over 25 years of extensive marine engineering experience to ABL, further strengthening the company’s expertise in the region.

Educated at the Merchant Marine Training Centre and later gaining an Executive MBA from Burapha University in Thailand, Sarik has developed a robust career that spans project engineering and ship repair management at various Thai shipyards. His transition into offshore project engineering roles in the oil & gas and renewable sectors marked a significant expansion of his expertise, leading up to his role as a surveyor and later as director of operations for an engineering company.

Based out of Thailand, Sarik specialises in marine engineering consultancy, project management, ship repairs, Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) work, and new-build inspections. He has also conducted numerous surveys for Protection & Indemnity (P&I) Clubs and Hull & Machinery (H&M) Underwriters, including suitability, condition, damage, and pre-purchase surveys.
