MOGSEC 2016

28-30 September – AqualisBraemar Malaysia shared a booth with local partner, PRISM Risk and Safety Consultants, at the Malaysia Oil and Gas Services Exhibition and Conference (MOGSEC 2016) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia.

The event was organised jointly by the Malaysian Oil & Gas Service Council (MOGSC) and Malaysian Exhibition Services Sdn Bhd and was a useful vehicle to raise AqualisBraemar’s profile in Malaysia, making contact with many other companies in the industry.

Kuala Lumpur has been the significant choice for many Oil & Gas events and it helped in promoting a good working relationship between Malaysia and all major international centres around the world to ensure a continued flow of investments and co-operation. MOGSEC is one of the prominent events and its uniqueness is identified by the concept of Malaysian capabilities championed by Malaysians.

MOGSEC was initiated in September 2012. In the efforts to effectively boost Malaysia’s profile towards becoming the regional hub for Oil & Gas services, MOGSC aims to bring together the Oil & Gas service providers. At the same time, MOGSEC ensures the goals and objectives are parallel with the government’s Economic Transformation Programme (ETP).

MOGSC was formed on 1st December 2003, as an initiative to establish an association driven and promoted by the services sector of the Malaysian Oil & Gas Industry. MOGSC is now the premier business forum representing the interests of Oil & Gas Service Providers and the membership of almost 553 companies represent all sectors within the industry.
