The Engineering Development Programme – Meet the class of 2024!

Each year, ABL Group celebrates the beginning of exciting new careers by welcoming a fresh group of graduates into our Engineering Development Programme (EDP), which is accredited by RINA, ICE, and IMarEST.

This programme offers successful graduates the opportunity to work alongside a team of experts in a vibrant, inclusive, and motivated work environment. We welcome graduates from diverse engineering backgrounds, including:

  • Naval Architecture
  • Renewable Engineering
  • Marine and Offshore Engineering
  • Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Petroleum Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering

We also welcome applications from graduates in other engineering disciplines who are keen to build their careers in the marine and energy sectors.

With ABL Group’s wide range of services and industries, the EDP provides graduates with a chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience while applying their knowledge from day one. Graduates also have the unique opportunity to gain international experience through annual placements across different ABL offices.

Additionally, we are offering openings for our Direct Entry Engineer Development Programme, where participants will be based at a single office.

This year, we are thrilled to welcome the Class of 2025 to our global network of companies – Zaid Elnasan, Johnny Lai, Jack Ensor, Fraser Moodie, Dylan Jethwa, Lucia Gonzalez Gutierrez, Oliver Tattersall, Orla McEntee.
