About
Wagner has a broad experience of casualty investigation, salvage management, wreck removal, damage surveys and marine assurance inspections. This has included machinery failures and fuel consumption disputes. He has led studies investigating the corrosion rates of oil tankers used to store produced water, feasibility studies of port facilities, vessel valuations and project financing. His previous work with a major classification society included development of class rules for ultra-large bulk carriers. Wagner also has shipbuilding experience in Brazil and Japan. Wagner is a registered Brazilian engineer and an arbitrator at the Associação Brasileira de Direito Marítimo (ABDM) and an associate member of SOMWS.
