About
Andrew is a naval architect with extensive experience of the management of marine casualties, including as insurance company representative, salvage consultant and salvage naval architect. He has provided expert witness services, undertaken marine surveys and investigations, and as MWS for the construction, transportation and installation of offshore platforms. Projects have included FPSOs, fixed platforms, TLPs, SPARs, semi-submersible production platforms and pipelines. Andrew previously worked as a classification society plan approval surveyor.
Andrew is a UK Chartered Engineer, and a member of the SOMWS. He also undertakes surveys for the Isle of Man flag administration.
Andrew is a Special Casualty Representative (SCR) appointed by the Special Casualty Representative (SCR) Panel of Lloyd’s.
