Vincent Frasse-Mathon is an experienced offshore energy professional with over 14 years of expertise in subsea cables, electrical interconnectors, offshore renewables, and complex marine projects across Europe and Africa. He currently serves as Energy Advisory & Interconnectors Director at ABL, combining technical leadership with strategic business development responsibilities.
He has a unique dual role within the Group: acting as a technical authority for major interconnector and subsea cable projects across Europe, while also supporting the growth and expansion of ABL’s Energy Advisory business in Western Africa through client development, strategic consulting, and market positioning.
Throughout his career, Vincent has led and supported numerous high-profile projects, including the Biscay and French submarine Export cables, Greek island interconnections, offshore wind developments, and major energy infrastructure assignments in Africa.
His strong combination of project delivery experience, technical expertise, and commercial vision makes him a key contributor to ABL’s growth and the energy transition sector.
