About
Graduate of Newcastle University in Naval Architecture with Marine Engineering, Sin Hai has four years’ experience working in the oil & gas industry as a marine warranty surveyor with LOC (Now ABL) in Singapore. Prior to joining LOC (Now ABL), he spent six years in the Republic of Singapore Navy as a Specialist/Senior engineer, latterly sailing on Landing Ship Tank (LST) responsible for the operation of the main engines and other machinery, including Ro-Ro equipment.
He joined LOC (Now ABL) in 2011 as a naval architect and has undertaken numerous procedural document reviews, attending and providing approval for lifting, seafastening and load-outs of offshore oil platforms, modules and associated equipment. He has also handled numerous Out of Gauge shipments projects and Transportation & Installation projects for FPSOs.
