Specialised in semi-sub and jack-up drilling rigs, self-elevating offshore wind turbine service unit and vessel installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, preservation, reactivation, surveyor inspection, SIT and COC.
Led team to participate in the leasing and selling surveyor inspection of the Semi-submersible rig, Jack-up rig, and vessel and make relevant surveyor reports. Project management, technical negotiation, project scheduling, cost control, personnel coordination and safety planning of engineering offshore projects. Good at hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment commissioning. Good at project management and communication skills. Familiar with OFFICE software, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.Obtained NOV HSE certificate and first aid certificate. Familiar with ABS, DNV and CCS rules. Marine Third Engineer certificate.
