About
Humberto is a naval architect and marine engineer with extensive experience undertaking a wide range of marine & cargo surveys and investigations. Humberto has also experience as marine warranty surveyor for the transportation of heavy loads, and in the management of salvage and wreck removal operations, risk engineering, marine and DP assurance and Q&Q cargo inspections. Humberto is a member of the International Institute of Marine Surveyors. He has more than thirty years’ experience in consultancy and classification societies.
