About
Over 18 years of experience with load-out (by winch, SPMT, strand jacks and pull/push units), transportation and offshore installation for various heavy structures, float-on and float-off loadout for super-heavy structures, subsea pipeline installation and wind turbine installation.
Extensive experience in project management for onshore and offshore projects. In-depth knowledge of project planning, schedule and cost control, HSE and QA/QC management, procurement, communication and team building.
Proficient in developing the jacket/topside/pipeline load-out, transportation and installation drawings, procedures and calculations.
Sufficient experience working with international customers of the offshore oil & gas industry.
He joined London Offshore Consultants in Qingdao in 2009 as a Marine Consultant.
