About
Naval Architect Team Lead with a PhD and over 30 years of experience, currently leading a team for Asset Structural Integrity Management. Previous roles included 11 years as Technical Authority and Chief Floating Structures Engineer with an Oil & Gas operator company, as well as principal and executive positions with engineering consultancies.
Experience with all phases of the floating facilities life cycle – from concept select to decommissioning. Responsible for the structural integrity, inspection and maintenance programs, major repairs and modifications of several FPSOs. Discipline leader, technical adviser and verifier for several FPSO, FSO, FLNG and semisubmersible projects as well as FPSO modifications and dry dockings.
Together with representatives of Oil & Gas operators, delivered International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) standards for Floating Offshore Structures and Station Keeping Systems.
