David is a master mariner, with over 25 years’ experience in the marine and offshore industries. He has specialist experience in marine consultancy, casualty investigation and marine warranty services for offshore projects, roles including acting as tow master or MWS on jack-up rigs and barges, conducting towage approvals, loadouts, vessel condition, suitability and pre-purchase surveys. He also regularly carries out IMCA CMID inspections. OVID and oil company (ADMA/ARAMCO) gap analysis inspections.
