After this transaction Philip Alan Lenox, and related parties, hold 878’944 shares in Aqualis ASA. Immediate notification was not made to Aqualis’ management following the purchase of the shares. Aqualis’ management notified Oslo Stock Exchange immediately after they were informed of the purchase.
