Naval Architect Simon Mackay joins ABL Maritime Scotland

ABL – consultants in marine casualty management -continue to expand their Scottish footprint with the new addition of Simon Mackay.

Simon is a Chartered Naval Architect, with extensive experience is the design and analysis of ship and marine structures.  He has provided design consultancy services to ship owners, shipyards and designers, covering stability analysis, structural design and safety engineering for newbuild projects as well as modifications to existing vessels.

Simon has also worked on a number of marine casualty cases, providing expert technical advice covering different aspects of naval architecture for salvage and wreck removal projects.

Simon is a Chartered Naval Architect and Member of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects.
