Mircea holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lower Danube University in Galati, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. As an engineer, Mircea has over nine years of extensive experience and has been involved in naval and offshore projects. He has performed duties such as piping basic, steel outfitting design, detailed design, field engineering, and 3D scanning of various types of vessels and offshore structures.
