About
Jose Rosas is a Naval Architect and Marine Engineer, with extensive experience of marine vessel surveys, casualty investigations and audits, including; Hull & Machinery and P&I claims, condition and risk assessments, classification and statutory surveys, safety management and ISO management audits. Additionally, Jose is an authorized Flag State Inspector for several leading states.
Prior to joining ABL Group, Jose served as Senior Surveyor for a leading IACS classification society. He is fully proficient on cargo requirements related to dangerous, hazardous & pollutant cargoes transportation under the IMDG Code
He is registered in the UK and Panamanian Engineering Councils and is a Fellow and Chartered Marine Engineer of IMarEST and Member of SNAME.
