About
Mechanical Engineer graduated from the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. Hemanga worked in the offshore oil & gas industry as a Project Engineer for over 20 years with multiple offshore construction companies in Australia. He also worked with LOC and ABL as a Marine warranty surveyor on various offshore projects. His expertise is in developing installation procedures, rigging & sea fastening design, conducting installation analysis, witnessing and approving heavy lifts, LO-LO and RO-RO loadouts, procedure and engineering design review and approvals.
