Aqualis Offshore Holding ASA : Company name changed to Aqualis ASA

Reference is made to press release from Aqualis ASA (OSE: WEIFA) 19 Aug 2014 regarding the company changing name to Weifa ASA, and such name change being registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
On 24 July 2014 the general meeting of Aqualis Offshore Holding ASA resolved to change the Company’s name to Aqualis ASA, subsequent to Aqualis ASA changing its name to Weifa ASA. The new company name is now registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
