Mike Holdsworth

Mike Holdsworth BEng (Hons) MSc has over 10 years of experience in Asset Integrity Management, having qualified from university with degrees in both Mechanical & Subsea Engineering. Since joining the company in 2015, Mike has provided engineering and maintenance expertise to a variety of clients in several sectors, such as oil and gas, power generation and the distillery industry. Having managed multiple projects focussing on Asset Management, Maintenance Optimisation, Safety Critical Elements, Shutdown Planning and Inventory Management, he has a diverse skill set that has been applied to a variety of work scopes with a focus on quality to meet client requirements.

In 2023, Mike took on the role of managing director for Asset Integrity Management in Europe & West Africa and has since focused on integrating the AIM business line into ABL following the group’s acquisition of Add Energy in 2022. Mike has proactively led the AIM business strategy and growth through collaborative working across the region, identifying synergies across the group’s multiple service lines.
