Victor Urquiola

Capt. Urquiola graduated from the Naval Institute of Quebec and has worked for over 35 years in the shipping industry, both at sea as a Master Mariner and ashore as a Port Captain. He is a licensed adjuster and previously held positions as country manager. He has been involved in many large project cargo lifts in the Caribbean and Central / South America regions, as well as conducting regular casualty surveys on ships in the region.
