Chartered Marine Engineer. Fellow of IMarEst. IMCA Accredited Vessel Inspector (AVI). Accredited Hong Kong Flag State auditor. Registered Marine Coatings Inspector (RMCI). Marine Surveyor since 2013. Previous background 16 years as a Superintendent. Chief Engineer on research Vessels, including DP. Diploma in Marine Investigation and Marine Superintendency. Has managed numerous dry docking, repair and major conversion projects worldwide. Litigation experience includes providing written and oral evidence as expert witness to the high court of justice, arbitration panels, and mediations.
