About
Oscar is a master mariner with extensive experience as MWS including FPSO towage and installation, installation of buoyancy supported risers, and ashore on heavy lift operations including sea-fastening of cargo barges. Also, he has performed MWS projects for mooring of semi-submersible rigs. He has command experience on offshore AHTS and OSVs and other dynamically positioned vessels. He also has experience on merchant ships: general cargo, container reefer and bulk cargo vessels. He is an Argentinian national with experience operating in the far south of the South Atlantic.
