About
19 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on structural design and analysis in T&I projects and carries out document review and site attendance on MWS projects including dry tow, wet tow, float on/off, skidding/SPMT/lifting loadout, etc. A member of SOMWS (ID: 0307), qualified in project cargo and Oil & Gas projects. 11 years’ experience in ship hull structure concept/detail design, as a chief design engineer and technical leader, in charge of many projects: LPG/LNG carrier, LNG FPSO, FSRU, container vessel, bulk carrier, Multi-purpose dry cargo vessel, VLGC, reefer ship.
Experienced in LPG/LNG containment system design: type A, type B and Type C independent tank, membrane tank. In charge of many projects such as 3500m3 LPGC (Type C), 14000m3 LNGC (Type C), 85000m3 VLGC (Type A), 220000m3 LNGC (GTT NO96) and FLNG.
Familiar with all classes’ rules and codes (BV, DNVGL, ABS, LR, CCS) and international regulations such as IGC code, ASME, PD5500 for pressure vessels.
Skilled in using software: AutoCAD, MSC Patran/Nastran, ANSYS, MOSES, DNV-Nauticus, 3D-beam, LR-Shipright, etc.
Well-versed in the basic/detail/production design of ships and offshore, as well as the workmanship of shipyard.
