Jiangtao has been serving various types of vessels with PIL since graduation from Dalian Maritime University in 2010. He gained extensive experience in vessel construction, repairs and management. He received his certificate of Chief Engineer in May 2020 and has two vessel qualifications of Chief Engineer.
