Wang Xiaoqiang started his shipping career in 1996 after graduating from Navigation College of Jimei University. He rose through the ranks up to Chief Engineer and had 12 years of sea experience on general cargo ships, bulk carriers and ro-ro vessels. He has substantial experience in marine engineering management and is familiar with all kinds of machinery, equipment and fittings on ships.
