About
A Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience in leading, managing and delivering a variety of civil engineering works, including marine structures, highway and rail structures, and maritime and infrastructure-related projects.
Responsible for delivery of feasibility studies, specialist surveys and inspections, concept and detailed designs, structural analyses and assessments, together with project and risk management, bid and contract preparation and administration for multi-disciplined projects using traditional, Design & Construct and ECI forms of contract.
Undertaken the role of Resident Engineer, Designer’s Representative and Employer’s Representative on a number of construction and rehabilitation projects, including maritime, structural, highway and infrastructure schemes.
Working in safety critical environments, engineering expertise is complemented by extensive Health and Safety training, enabling application of knowledge and understanding to mitigate the risks and hazards generally associated with civil engineering projects in these environments.
