With over 30 years of experience in marine engineering and technical operations, Kevin brings a proven track record of leadership and innovation across diverse maritime sectors. As Marine Engineering Director at ABL, he leads strategic technical initiatives focused on the Hull and Machinery market, delivering advanced engineering solutions to shipowners, insurers, and operators worldwide. The role centres on ensuring vessel integrity, optimising performance, and mitigating risk through high-quality consultancy, failure analysis, and risk assessment.
Previously, Kevin held senior positions, including Head of Research Ship Engineering and Marine Engineering Manager at the National Oceanography Centre, Marine Engineer Superintendent, and operational engineering roles across the merchant fleet under multiple flags and classification societies. This breadth of experience provides a strong foundation for addressing complex engineering challenges and supporting clients in asset reliability, compliance, and lifecycle management.
