About
Over 15 years of experience as Senior Engineer and Marine Warranty Surveyor in O&G and Renewable business. Junyoung has built and expanded his engineering expertise and technical knowledge by working as a naval architect on oil & gas projects at major shipyard (DSME) for over ten years. Through his role as a T&I Manager at an offshore wind developer, he has gained a strong understanding of overall offshore wind farm project strategy and risks assessments. More recently, Junyoung has been involved in numerous local and international offshore wind projects, dedicating significant time to MWS and technical advisory work.
Junyoung has been involved several O&G and OWF projects as different role and responsibility. Based on this diverse experiences, he has a comprehensive understanding of offshore wind farm projects from an overall perspective. Junyoung began his role as Senior MWS at LOC in 2021, moved to Technical manager and Operational Lead at ABL, and Junyoung is currently performing his duties as the Country Manager in ABL Korea.
