About
George is a Senior Engineer (Civil and Geotechnical Engineering) at ABL, joining the company in June 2019. He is a chartered civil engineer (CEng, Institution of Civil Engineers) with a background in ports, coastal and offshore structures, and over 8 years’ experience in project management and engineering design roles.
George now takes a leading position in energy and marine engineering projects both as a manager and technical lead for offshore developments in the Americas. He is heavily involved in site characterization, subsea cables, marine warranty surveys, marine casualty, ports and harbors, technical due diligence, geotechnical data interpretation, leg penetration analyses and offshore geo surveys.
With ABL, George as lived and worked in London, Taiwan, South Korea and now resides in New York, USA, where he brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to clients across the Americas.
