About
Having graduated from Shanghai Maritime University in July 1993 with a Bachelor in Navigation, Kaimin joined COSCO Guangzhou as a seaman. He obtained a first-class Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner) in 2007 and then acted as Captain on ocean-going vessels in the same year (mainly working onboard semi-submersible heavy lift vessels). He joined ABL Group as a marine surveyor in 2012 and became a senior marine surveyor in 2019.
