AqualisBraemar shortlisted for Energy Transition award
AqualisBraemar has been shortlisted for EIC’s Energy Transition Award in their annual EIC Awards. The award recognises companies that contribute or demonstrate the next wave of technologies, beyond wind and solar, that will deliver the 2050 net-zero carbon goals of the UK.
We are delighted that we have been recognised for placing sustainability and the energy transition at the centre of our group strategy. This year we announced our commitment to achieve 50% of group revenues coming from renewables or ESG-driven services by 2025, after publishing our ESG strategy in our 2019 annual report.
We have only started on this journey and are working on many initiatives that will deliver our objective of de-risking and driving the energy transition in energy and oceans through our AqualisBraemar business lines and group companies such as OWC.
Read about our journey in EIC’s Survive and Thrive publication.
Due to the pandemic this year, the EIC awards will be virtual, and you can attend online. If you wish to know more about the awards or the online event, please click here.
