Registration of LOC Branch in Mozambique

LOC Group, the premier international marine and engineering consulting firm, is pleased to announce it is expanding its African presence by registering a branch in Mozambique, following the award of a substantial local contract. The office is being opened to support the delivery of that contract, as well as other existing workstreams and additional subsequent projects.

LOC Mozambique will offer the Company’s core services, including marine warranty surveys, vessel surveys and inspections and marine engineering consultancy for the local offshore energy market. This approach has proved successful with previous office openings, including Mexico, Brazil, China, India and South Korea, among others.

The opening of an office in Mozambique represents an extension of LOC’s existing expertise across Africa, having worked on numerous projects across the continent over the past 30 years, including: Egypt, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Libya, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda and many more.
