The Engineering Development Programme – Meet the class of 2023!

Every autumn, ABL Group marks the start of a new professional journey as we welcome our graduates onto the Engineer Development Programme (EDP) – a RINA, ICE and IMarEST – accredited graduate programme.

The successful graduates get a chance to join a team of experienced specialists within a dynamic, inclusive, and passionate work environment. ABL Group welcomes graduates from naval architecture, renewable, marine and offshore engineering, civil/structural, mechanical, petroleum and electrical engineering and other engineering disciplines interested in pursuing a career in the marine and energy industries.

With ABL Group’s broad scope of services and market sectors, the scheme offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience while applying skills and knowledge from day one. Additionally, graduates get the opportunity to work in different international offices through annually interchanging placements.

There are also openings for our Direct Entry Engineer Development Programme, where participants will be based at a single office.

This year, we are happy to welcome to our global group of companies, the class of 2023 –  Caleb Okley, Stanley Prichard, Colum Stevenson, Tze Hao Heng, Joseph Mullan, Christina Onisiforou, Ahmed Sellami, Joseph Mullan, and Maria Panagiotidou.
