AqualisBraemar goes Dutch
1 August 2017 – Offshore marine and engineering consultancy AqualisBraemar, part of Oslo-listed Aqualis ASA, is setting up a presence in the Netherlands.
In that connection, the group has hired Jasper Bergsma as its head of business development in the country.
Bergsma will be based in Amsterdam and in charge of marketing AqualisBraemar’s services in the country. He will also support the Norwegian and UK operations of AqualisBraemar.
Bergsma is a highly experienced oil and gas professional. He joins AqualisBraemar from a role as director of Mokum Offshore in Amsterdam. Bergsma started his career with Allseas but then spent the next 15 years with Fugro, including roles as superintendent, head of marine support group, project manager and newbuilding manager.
AqualisBraemar, part of Oslo-listed Aqualis ASA, is a specialised marine and offshore engineering consultancy focusing on the shallow and deep-water segments of the offshore oil and gas industry.
