Katherine Phillips appointed as ABL Group Chief Transformation Officer
Katherine Phillips has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Transformation Officer to ABL Group, sitting on the Group’s executive management team, and leading ABL Group’s growth aspirations, ESG programme and future mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Phillips takes on the role following over two years as Managing Director of OWC. Under her leadership, OWC has seen spectacular growth, with over 200 employees and counting, and the expansion of the company’s footprint to a number of strategic locations worldwide.
