What do you to at ABL?
I am an Adjuster in the Kuala Lumpur office. My job includes handling high value specialty claims for losses related to downstream operations encompassing the energy and power sectors.
What inspired you to go into the field you are in?
The opportunity to see and learn new things in every loss inspired me to enter this field.
What do you enjoy about working at ABL?
When I first jumped into the adjusting industry, I immediately loved the nature of the job, however, I couldn’t help but wonder if there is something out there that could provide an environment of an “Engineering Team” into my day-to-day job.
ABL gives me both the exposure to differing engineering concepts, but also the satisfaction of working with colleagues of multiple backgrounds who are very experienced in both adjusting and engineering and provide me the missing piece of the adjusting puzzle.
What is the most exciting aspect of the energy transition for you?
The energy transition is a crucial aspect in opening technology that we didn’t think was possible before. Battery and hydrogen storage technologies are good examples of these. Enhancing these sectors will create new jobs, stimulate growth and most importantly, provide sustainable development and climate resilience.
What do you do when you are not working?
My favourite activities include travelling and go-kart racing.
