Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships (MASS) is a popular emerging technology and the IMO has introduced four degrees of autonomy to the concept. This month’s ABL Maritime Market Briefing contains a technical presentation looking at the risks associated with the system in degree three autonomy vessels.
