AqualisBraemar strengthens Latin American operation
AqualisBraemar is strengthening its Latin American operation with the appointment of a new director for the region.
Alejandro Glaentzlin has been appointed as director for adjusting in Latin America, operating out of the company’s office in Mexico City, Mexico.
AqualisBraemar’s loss adjusters specialize in the investigation and resolution of insurance claims and commercial disputes within the energy (onshore and offshore), power, renewables and maritime industries. Key services include loss adjusting, expert witness, dispute resolution and risk assessment.
Glaentzlin joins AqualisBraemar from a role as Mexico country manager for adjusting company Crawford Global Technical Services, where he spent the past five years in various senior management roles. Prior to this, Glaentzlin spent more than ten years at various loss adjusting companies in Venezuela, including ALA Associated Loss Adjusters, Group Sarp C.A. and Miller International. He has also worked for Venezuelan national oil company PDVSA and global oil services giant Schlumberger, leveraging his mechanical engineering and petrophysics qualifications.
“Alejandro has been adjusting complex energy and engineering losses for the past 15 plus years, offering a bilingual service to international and domestic insurer clients in relation to energy, power and marine losses in Mexico. Having a local specialist such as Alejandro enables more timely response and mobilisation post-loss, without the need for international travel. We look forward to expanding our service provision across Latin America under his leadership and it is great to have him on board,” says Charles Honner, AqualisBraemar’s managing director for adjusting in the Americas region.
