About
Jose is one of the founders of Hidromod, now part of ABL, and is currently one of the managing directors. He graduated in Civil Engineering and got a PhD from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, and has been working in the specialisation areas of the company since 1992. He has collaborated on several hundred projects and has taken the lead in multidisciplinary work teams in the maritime and coastal areas, river basin planning, data management and operational modeling.
