Disclosure of large shareholding and mandatory notification of trade in Aqualis ASA

Hanekamb Invest AS, a company controlled by deputy board member Martin Nes, has today sold all shares held in Aqualis Holdco Limited which owns 2 187 500 shares in Aqualis ASA.

After the transaction Martin Nes and associated companies have a total holding of 37 057 shares corresponding to 0.1% (based on 43 190 544 outstanding shares).
