Shahrom has over 23 years of experience in the shipping, marine and salvage industries. A strong understanding of the various aspects of the marine industry, being physically involved in carrying out various surveys on behalf of major marine underwriting clubs, including condition surveys, pre-entry surveys, marine engine/hull damage claims, and also offshore warranty surveys on offshore projects such as pipe laying, offshore installations and loadouts, marine shipping, offshore, surveying, underwriting, project management as well as marine salvage.
Has worked with teams (Internal & External) of different nationalities in various locations/countries, with a diverse range of backgrounds, and has done so with ease. Known to be an effective and respected manager. Strengths & areas of expertise are in marine, technical and Salvage operations. Strong capabilities in handling multi-tasks at a time, with good outcomes.
