The Annual General Meeting in ABL Group ASA (now Aqualis ASA pending registration) held today approved the Board’s proposal of distributing a dividend of NOK 0.45 per share. The shares in ABL Group ASA will be traded without the right to receive dividend as from 28 May 2026 (ex-date). The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders on or about 15 June 2026. The distribution will be classified as a repayment of paid-in capital.
