Finance Admin Assistant

STAVANGER, NORWAY

We have an exciting new opportunity within our ABL Stavanger Office, for a Finance Admin Assistant.

Responsibilities

  • To provide / manage book keeping for the LOC Norge A/S business; includes account system book entries, timesheets and expenses control from staff and contractors, control of incoming invoices, invoice preparation, bank control, payroll, internal reporting (LOCN and ABLG), new job set-up (in accounts and time registration systems) and other tasks that may arise in this area.
  • To keep up to date with Norwegian requirements & regulations.
  • To provide administration support for office services and staff, this includes but is not limited to staff contracts, 3rd party contracts, (for example office space, amenities, office supplies, and contractors) under instruction from Office Manager.
  • Work will include assistance with year-end reporting preparation (assist with Auditors Reports) and assistance with monthly and other financial reports for clients.

Skills and Experience

  • Accountants Education with some relevant experience
  • Experience of working with an ERP system (preferably NetSuite)
  • Experience of working with a Payroll system (preferably Huldt & Lillevik or equivalent)
  • Experience of reporting in Altinn & to NAV
  • Experience of with Norwegian tax regulations preferred
  • Good analytical skills
  • Norwegian language skill A2 or higher preferred.
