(Oslo, 12 December 2019) Reference is made to AqualisBraemar ASA’s (the “Company”) stock exchange notice on 6 December 2019 where the Company announced its intention to repurchase up to 100,000 shares in the Company for the purpose of meeting its obligations in respect of an employee’s share purchase program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the Company purchased 13,523 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 3.7561 per share under the buy-back program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company has completed its share buy-back program, and a total of 100,000 own shares have been repurchased in the open market. The weighted average purchase price for the 100,000 shares was NOK 3.6859 per share. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following these transactions, the Company owns a total of 100,000 own shares, representing 0.14% of the issued and outstanding share capital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
