Reference is made to AqualisBraemar ASA’s (the \n“Company”) stock exchange notice on 6 December 2019 where the Company announced \nits intention to repurchase up to 100,000 shares in the Company for the purpose \nof meeting its obligations in respect of an employee’s share purchase program. \n \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, the Company purchased 11,477 of its own shares at an average price of NOK 3.7165 per share under the buy-back program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following these transactions, the Company holds 86,477<\/strong> own shares, representing approximately 0.12% of the issued and outstanding share capital.\u00a0
