Its purpose is to maintain the honour and dignity of the profession of Average Adjusting, and to promote correct principles in the adjustment of marine hull claims and uniformity of practice among Average Adjusters. The Association&#8217;s membership includes practising Average Adjusters, Maritime Lawyers and members of the Judiciary, Vessel Owners, Marine Underwriters and Brokers, and other maritime professionals from around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following his confirmation to the position of Chairman, Mr Walker spoke of how honoured he was to be elected to serve an association of such history and esteem in the maritime industry.
